Invest In Yourself – The Power Of Investing In Yourself

It was on 15th August 2020,

The last day for my physical stores.

Yeah.

I had to shut down my fashion stores those built-in over the last 10 years due to pandemics like 100s of renowned brands shutting down their stores, and not exactly like some millions of small-medium businesses had shut down their businesses.

What made me take that tough decision?

*The power of investing in me* than just in the business.

Quote:

One of my early mentors says this and I was exactly following it “Investing in you can be encashed any day. Investing just in business can crash any day”.

This is what exactly happened now which the entire world is witnessing.

Many shut down their businesses as they couldn’t build them.

I shut down stores looking into the next 5 years’ effect on the industry.

The one thing one should focus on here is “shut down the stores” not shutting down the business.

I have paused to rebuild it back again online better than the way I had built my online business in 2014.

Yeah, you again heard it right.

Then many ask “why did you shut down your online business as that was the boom 💥 and the trend was hitting the peak”

No. That’s not the actual fact behind the scenes.

The fact is “The online business was actually started declining from 2015 if one actually looks into the “cash per share” which is the right measure of success in business.

The core and core objectives of any business.

“CREATING WEALTH”

Amazon and Apple are super strong in that way.

Even “Most businesses those started going online now due to pandemic are also struggling to keep up the legacy and the new startups are growing like anything”.

The reason is “born digital companies know the strategy well and the secrets of building digital-business”

Shifting gears back:

How did I take that tough decision which could lead to zero income from thereon?

*SIMPLE*

“The power of investing in me than on business first” Yeah, you heard it right.

I always walk the talk.

Whenever I got an opportunity to invest in me learning hiring right coaches, I never had money, not even near to insufficient.

But I did somehow by “begging and borrowing” through every possible credit line I was creating.

This is with a belief “if there is a will of not living suffocated life, there will be definitely a way opens up for anyone in the universe”

This is how the world’s best businesses are built.

Look back into the history connecting dots now, “Every entrepreneur who built a world-class brand had not money”

Today we can see them as a live example, inspiration, influence, to get motivation, and so on. If they failed to arrange money to build businesses by right mentors and coaches, If I had failed to arrange money to build my business by investing in me and in my mentors and coaches,

Probably they wouldn’t be where they are right now and Very probably “I would be dependant on someone”

But I am “Independent”

I am very proud that “I am “Independent” today.

That’s the power of investing in you.

So take a leap of faith and start this journey.

Trust me you will be “financially Independent if you play the right game in the business for just 3 years”

🗣 Do you know why most of the startups fail and what’s common among them?

🗣The most interesting thing here is, it’s just not common among startups, and it’s quite common among almost 90% above organizations around the “WORLD”.

50% of the problems in your business can be solved just like that increasing 2X growth.

✅ It’s proven in “worlds best companies” which I have learned and observed too from my mentors and envisioners.

🗣 What’s the solution.

✅As an entrepreneur, you need to be coachable first.

✅ Second “Get Outsider Advantage”. This is done by all the worlds top companies. Don’t give excuses.

✅ Third having the “Right Organizational Hierarchy”. Most people says we have it. I guarantee that 90% worlds best companies too doesn’t have it RIGHT. It’s a true fact.

As soon as you “Digest, Meditate and Understand” these things, rest will start falling in place.

✅ Fourth create “Right Processes” most companies I seen and leaders I meet, they says we have, but when one dig deep, 😇 NAME SAKE they will have and they struggle. Self-satisfied as they think that they done their part.

✅ Fifth is “SYSTEMS” in place.

All the above should be part of your “BIC – BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT CYCLE”

🗣 Get those corrected and consistently implemented.

🗣✅ Take my word, in next 6 months time if you don’t see miracles in your organization “am just a message away” show me “I will help to fix those” so that in next 12 months you have results.

Do you know where it’s possible?

In “MAGIC”.

Yes.

You heard it “Right”.

But the problem is “it’s temporary” and it only works in “Magic World”

🗣 Never in “Real-world”.

🗣 If you think “magic” works and happens in real-world then that’s your “Belief” and that belief which underlies your promised land decides your destination because,

🗣 What you believe is “who you are” and

🗣 “How you do” is your “behavior” and that behavior results in “what you do”

🗣 “What you do” is nothing but your “Business” It’s a sequence, as is your belief, so is your behavior so is your business”.

This was beautifully articulated and created as a 3B model by one of my former colleagues Devdutt Pattanaik Ji who happened to be our “Chief Belief Officer” in Future Group. In Hindi, it is “Jaisa vishwas, waisa vyavahar aur waisa vyapaar”

However, you grasp it at the end “who you are is how you do and the way you do is what you get” that’s the bottom line.

In whichever language you use or in whichever model you put it, that’s the bottom line. If you get this much clarity then you will know the roadblocks of your growth.

It’s worth spending time and it definitely pays you.

It’s just not enough identifying roadblocks, you got to troubleshoot and put them into practice.

If you pay attention pays you.
