Cancellation/Return & Refund
Being a customized Digital Ecosystem, Be Hive mission is to serve our customers with a memorable and unique experience as Customer Delight is our “core value”.
We have taken all measures to deliver products and services which are defect-free and quality perfect. However, if you find that our product is unsatisfactory and wish to exchange or return it, our easy return and refund policy will help you do so.
The following steps will provide clear guidance regarding the entire process:
· If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@behive.in mentioning your Order No. and a snapshot of the defective area.
If you think, you received the wrong service when you enrolled online then please email us at info@behive.in mentioning your Order No. and a snapshot of the wrong course.
A return request must be placed within 24 hours for services and 72 hours of the delivery of the product that was ready to buy and no returns are accepted for customized clothing or any customized product.
· Upon receipt of your request, a mail will be sent confirming the same and an inquiry regarding your bank details for returning funds for ready-to-buy products bought and not for customized designs.
· It will be BE HIVE’s responsibility to pick up the product from your doorstep
· We pay special heed to your complaints. Therefore, your product will undergo quality testing once we receive the product at our center which is bought and sold or manufactured by us and also customized.
· If the complaint is valid and qualifies BE HIVE’s parameters, you will receive another mail confirming the return of the product and the refund. It is the same with the online courses too.
· You may expect the refund amount to be credited to your bank account within 7-8 business days. Refunds will be processed ONLY through net banking.
BE HIVE guarantees that all information regarding your banking account will remain private and confidential
· BE HIVE will keep you updated regarding every step via e-mail
· Please note that products purchased on DISCOUNT/ OFFERS are NOT eligible for Return / Exchange / Refunds
· Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund
· Exclusive White label Products customized with your measurements will NOT be eligible for Return/Exchange/Refunds
· Please note that you are eligible for one exchange per product only, that is, an exchange or refund for a product that has already been exchanged/returned and replaced will not be considered valid
· Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable
Conditions under which return is infeasible
There are certain circumstances under which a return BE HIVE will not accept a return. The following parameters have to be met for validating a return.
1. The product must be unused
2. It must not carry any stain, sweat, or body odor on it
3. It must not be torn or damaged
4. The price tags, labels, and paper tags should not be altered
5. The packaging and folding should be intact
6. The product must not be washed or dry cleaned
7. Garments OR products those customized are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
8. Made to Orders are not eligible for exchange
9. BE HIVE endeavors to ensure that the color of the physical product that you receive is matched with the digital image on a computer screen; however, there may be some variation between digital images and physical products. Therefore, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED on account of color variation.

11. Please note, some of our customized courses or coaching materials are purely customized based, hence irregularities eg. in that case it’s not comparable. Kindly reach out to our customer care team for any further information.
12. Products purchased on offers/discounts are not eligible for return/exchange
13. Order placed with made to measure in exchange is ineligible for return/exchange/refund
14. In case an Exchange request is not ‘approved’ by the QA department (because the product does not fulfill the terms of our exchange policy) the product will be sent back to the customer.
15. In the case of online courses, you shouldn’t download the material or access the further module courses as you found that you enrolled to wrong course.
Cancellation of any order
Any purchase can be canceled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered to you. If a cancellation is requested prior to the shipment of the same, the entire amount paid will be returned. This is applicable for ready-to-wear or pre-labeled and NOT FOR CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS / WHITE LABELLED PRODUCTS that are made to order.
